More than 1/3 of active principle of drugs and half of the molecules used to protect the cultures have at least one fluorine atom. The introduction of fluorinated group is so an important challenge for the discovery of new molecules in these fields. However, only few methods exist so far for the synthesis at will of molecules bearing one or two fluorinated groups (alkyls).
